Vitals Committee

The committee shall consist of no less than six (6) and no more than nine (9) members. The State Registrar of Vital Statistics shall be an additional, voting member of the committee. This committee shall maintain a continuous liaison with the Registrar of Vital Statistics and appropriate departments within the Department of Health. It shall review, propose and assist in the preparation of, and modification to, vital laws. It shall work with the Legislative and Elections Committee concerning all proposed legislation on vitals. The committee shall keep the President fully informed of all activities, legislation and like matters affecting Town Clerks
