By-Laws Committee
The Chairman and five (5) members of this committee (for a total of six (6) members) shall be appointed by the President. The By-Laws Committee shall meet annually to review the Constitution, By-laws and Code of Ethics of the Connecticut Town Clerks’ Association. The Committee may also be called upon throughout the year to review proposed specific changes to the Constitution, By-Laws and Code of Ethics as need be and prepare in a timely fashion the necessary documentation that needs to be distributed to the membership prior to the vote.
